Regular or Ultra + MSM — which should I get?
Both are the same Zechstein magnesium chloride; the Ultra adds OptiMSM, which many people find gentler and less tingly on the skin. Sensitive skin? Start with the Ultra.
Which size should I start with?
The 118ml is ideal to try it. The 237ml spray is the everyday size, and the 1L is the best value once it's part of your routine.
Does magnesium oil really absorb through the skin?
Honestly, it's debated — our science page walks through what the research does and doesn't show. It's a pleasant, low-risk ritual; we just won't oversell the absorption.
Why does it tingle or sting?
That's normal, especially early on or on sensitive skin — it's the concentrated magnesium, not usually an allergy. Dilute with water or use the Ultra + MSM if it's too much, and avoid broken or just-shaved skin.
