Which one, and which size?
Regular vs Ultra + MSM
The Ultra adds OptiMSM, which many people find makes it gentler on the skin and less tingly. If you have sensitive skin, start with the Ultra.
Which size
The 118ml is perfect to try it; the 237ml spray is the everyday size; the 1L is the best value if it becomes part of your routine.
